Michelle Bazin is a Registered Psychologist in Calgary with a master’s in counselling psychology, offering individual therapy for trauma, anxiety, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. Michelle focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship so you feel safe, supported, and able to make real, lasting change.
Alyssa Bertin is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTC-C) with a diploma in professional counselling, offering online therapy across British Columbia and Alberta. She supports clients with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, using a trauma-informed, somatic approach to help build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting, meaningful change in a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space.
What Individual Therapy is about
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life without judgment. It’s a place to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and how your past experiences may be impacting you now. We can also look at the root of what’s coming up, not just the surface-level symptoms, so things actually start to shift. Together, we focus on what feels most important to you, helping things feel more clear, more manageable, and more aligned with who you want to be.
